Ryeland House Cookery School Day Course Schedule for Autumn/Winter 2011

One day courses are available at the Ryeland House Cookery School during the Autumn and Winter of 2011. These courses cover a variety of different topics and last approximately six and a half hours.

Exclusive group bookings are available for our day courses, these make a great day out for family or a group of friends.

Terms and conditions:

• Day Courses at 145 euro per person (unless otherwise stated)
• 1/2 Day Courses at 110 euro per person (unless otherwise stated)
• Maximum number of students per session is 16
• Each course requires a minimum of 8 students before it can take place
• All bookings must be confirmed by credit card or deposit
• Cancellation policy:
• Within 4-7 days of course a charge of 50% is applied
• Within 4 days of course a charge of 100% is applied, however another person may attend in your place if you are unable to come
• Group bookings require a deposit of 50%
• Fees include demonstration and a chance to sample everything cooked on the evening
